Carrot-Tomato-Beet root Soup:

Tomato Beet Carrot SoupHere is a very easy, healthy and tasty recipe especially for kids and toddlers:

4 to 5 medium tomatoes
2 medium carrots
1 small beet rout
1 medium potato
4-5 clove, 2-3 black pepper, 1 inch piece of cinnamon, 

1/4 T- spoon Red chili powder (Optional)
2 Table spoons fresh unsalted butter (I prefer home - made butter)
Salt and Sugar to taste

How to Cook:

Finely chop tomatoes, carrots, beet rout and potato and cook in pressure cooker to one whistle. Once it is cooled down, grind it in mixer to make fine and thick juice. I prefer not to filter the juice.

Now take the juice in a pan and keep it on stove on low flame. Add cloves, black pepper and cinnamon (all without crushing – so that it will not leave a very strong flavor and can be removed before serving), salt, red chili powder and sugar to it. Now increase the stove flame to high and boil for a couple of minutes. Keep stirring. Once it is boiled add butter to it and stir well.

The soup is ready. Serve hot with a piece of butter

Nothing is required for the thickening of soup.  Potato will serve the purpose.
