Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

- ¼ cup rolled oats

- ¾ cup greek yogurt

- 1 cup frozen blueberries

- 1 banana, chopped

- ½ avocado, chopped

- Handful of almonds

- ½ tsp sugar (optional)

How To Make:

You can use a grinder or blender for this recipe. Grind/blend the dry ingredients ie., the almonds and oats first into a fine powder. Then mix all the other ingredients, add some water and ice as needed, and blend. A super colorful and great tasting smoothie is ready!
