gram dal---1 cup
toor dal--1/4 cup
moon dal--1/4 cup
red chillies---5 or 6
chopped coconut--- 1/4 cup
salt to taste
chopped ginger---1 tsp
chopped coriander, curry  leaves
oil to fry

soak gram dal & toor dal for 1 hr. soak moong dal separetly for 1/2 hr. grind corsely gram & toor dal along with ginger ,chilly and salt.don't add much water. just sprinkle. add soaked moong dal (no need to grind the moong dal) chopped coriander, coconut, curry leaves to the mixer.mix it well ,and deep fry till golden brown colour.
