- 1 inch side and ¼ inch thick paneer slices
- Tomato ketchup (your favorite kind)
- Cilantro/Coriander & Mint chutney (buy it at a local Indian store or make your own)
How To Make:
Take a paneer slice and spread tomato ketchup on it. Cover with another slice of paneer and spread the cilantro and mint chutney. Top it off with a third slice of paneer. Secure the stack with a wet toothpick (soak toothpicks in water for at least an hour to avoid burning). Arrange the stacks in a baking dish or cookie tray and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the paneer starts turning golden. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes a colorful appetizer for parties.
