Zatpat Paneer Parantha
1 cup small curd paneer
1/2 cup red onion diced small
2 green chillies or jalepenos
5 twigs of Cilantro (Dhania patta), chopped fine
1 tsp salt
4 roti or tortilla
1 tbspoon ghee or butter
To the paneer, add finely chopped green chillies or jalepenos, chopped cilantro, diced red onion and salt and mix well.
Apply ghee on both sides of the roti or tortilla.
On one half spread the paneer mixture and fold over the other half on it.
Place it on a sandwich maker and heat until the green light says done.
Eat them with plain yogurt (dahi) and Mirchi Thetcha (Red chillies chutney)
You can make Zatpat Mooli (radish) paratha too
