Spicy Paneer Masala Gravy


1 cup paneer diced

2 onions (medium)

½ tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp coriander powder

2 tsp red chilli powder

¼ cup cashew

2 tsp butter

2 tsp oil

Salt to taste

For Seasoning

Preparation Method:

Grind onion, soak and grind cashews to fine paste, put tomatoes in boiling water for 10 min and then blanch and make puree.

In a pan add butter and let it melt. Then add oil and add the seasoning items, onion paste and saute till the raw smell disappears. Then add ginger garlic paste, saute for 3 min. Sdd tomato puree, coriander

powder, red chilli powder ,cashew paste and some water one by one. Mix well. Close with a lid and let it boil for 5 min .Then add salt and garam masala powder. Finally add paneer cubes and let it become thick like a gravy. Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti, Chappati, and Naan, or with Pulao, Jeera rice.
