Sweet & Sour Drumstick Masala Curry


4 Drumsticks

¼ cup coconut milk

¼ cup coarsely pound roasted peanut

¼ cup sugarcane juice

4 tbsp tamarind extract

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp mustard seeds

Salt to taste

Cilantro/Coriander leaves (fistful)

Preparation Method:

Cut drumsticks into 2" pieces and boil in water. Then add tamarind extract and close with a lid and let it boil. Now add garam masala, 
peanut powder, salt. Then add sugarcane juice and boil it for 5 minutes. Let it it begin to thicken and then add coconut milk and boil it for another 5 mins. Remove from flame and transfer to a serving bowl . Serve hot with Pulao, Chappati or Jeera rice.
